The aim of People Before Profit is to campaign to reverse neo-liberal policies implemented by both the UK Government and the Northern Irish Assembly.
- We believe that £123 billion worth of taxation is being evaded, avoided or going uncollected.
- We do not accept the view that there is a financial crisis that demands aus-terity measures.
- We do not accept that funds are not available for our public services.
- We think that tax rates on the wealthy and big business are too low and we are campaigning for an end to austerity and for increased spending on our public services.
- We encourage people to get involved and help shape Belfast and Northern Ireland for the better.
